Why is it only RM499?
We use a ready-made homestay website design (Kampung, Beach or Modern) and fit it to your homestay's photos and details. A one-page website like this is lightweight and doesn't need paid hosting. So the cost stays low, and there is no monthly fee for you.
Do I need to know anything about websites?
No. We handle the website setup, the domain and all the technical parts for you.
Do I have to pay upfront?
No. We build a free preview first. You only pay RM499 once you're happy with the preview.
Do I have to pay every month?
No. The website is a one-time payment with no monthly hosting fees. The first year of the domain is included in the price. Promo: get a 2-year domain when you pay before 31 December 2026.
What happens when the domain period ends?
The domain needs to be renewed every year. You can renew it yourself, or have us handle it for RM100 per year.
Who owns the domain?
The domain is registered in your name. We only help set it up and manage it while building the website. If you ever want to move, we'll hand over the website files and help transfer your domain.
What counts as a "major revision"?
For example, changing the colours, the order of sections, the main photo, or rewriting a section. Small fixes like spelling, phone numbers or prices don't count.
Can I have more than one page?
Yes. Each extra page is RM100, for example a page for each unit or for nearby attractions.
Does the website have a booking system?
There's no separate booking system. Guests book directly through your WhatsApp, or through the Airbnb/Booking.com listings you already use. No new system to learn, no logins and no monthly fees. You keep dealing with guests the way you always have.
Will my website show up on Google?
We set up the structure and basic SEO so Google can find and index your website. Your ranking on Google depends on competition, content and time.
What does basic SEO include?
Clear titles and descriptions for Google, proper page structure, your homestay details in a format Google understands (structured data), a sitemap, optimised images so the site loads fast, and a mobile-friendly design. We also register your website with Google Search Console so Google knows it exists.
How long until my website appears on Google?
Google usually starts indexing a website within a few days to a few weeks after it's registered. Searches for your homestay's name tend to show up first. General searches like "homestay Langkawi" take longer and depend on the competition in your area.
Do you guarantee my website will be on Google's first page?
No. Nobody can guarantee a Google ranking. We make sure the foundations are right so Google can find and understand your website.
